An experienced and motivated sales leader, Dave brings decades of success driving new business growth in the medical device manufacturing industry. As Director of Sales at NorthStar MedTech, he leads sales initiatives focused on helping OEM innovators bring breakthrough medical technologies to market through advanced laser processing, micro-manufacturing, and precision contract manufacturing.

Before joining NorthStar MedTech, Dave held senior sales roles with IMS Technologies, Cirtec Medical, Johnson Matthey Medical Division, and Meier Tool & Engineering (Cretex Medical), where he successfully expanded U.S. and international markets across Costa Rica, China, and Western Europe. His expertise spans the full medical device landscape — including neurostimulation, peripheral vascular, diabetes care, cardiac, and catheter-based assemblies — and he excels at partnering with R&D engineers and sourcing specialists to deliver solutions that meet complex design and performance requirements.
